1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any feature of leagueoflegends.uz, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use League UZB. Users under 13 are not permitted to create accounts.

You must comply with Riot Games' Terms of Service and all applicable laws in Uzbekistan.

You may only link Riot Games accounts that you own and control. Impersonating other players is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

• Attempt to circumvent tournament rules, manipulate match results, or exploit platform vulnerabilities

• Upload malicious code, spam, or unauthorized advertising

• Abuse Riot Games' API through excessive automated requests

• Impersonate League UZB staff, volunteers, or other users

• Use the platform to promote hate speech, discrimination, or violent content

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.

5. Tournaments and Competitions

Tournament participation is subject to specific rules published for each event.

Match results are verified through Riot Games' API where possible. In case of API verification failure, administrator discretion applies.

We reserve the right to disqualify participants for unsportsmanlike behavior, cheating, or rule violations.

Prizes (if any) are awarded at the discretion of tournament organizers and are not guaranteed for every event.

Tournament brackets and schedules are subject to change based on participant availability and technical considerations.

6. Intellectual Property

League of Legends, its characters, artwork, and all related assets are the exclusive property of Riot Games, Inc. This platform is not endorsed by or affiliated with Riot Games.

League UZB's original content — platform design, branding, and original features — are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform content without permission.

Player-submitted content (names, profile information) remains the responsibility of the submitting user.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

League UZB is a FREE, community-run, non-commercial platform provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of displayed statistics and data.

We are not responsible for data accuracy issues arising from Riot Games' API limitations, downtime, or rate limits.

The platform is maintained by volunteers. Response times for support inquiries and bug fixes may vary.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, League UZB and its volunteer operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of game progress, Riot account actions resulting from API interaction, or any other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (which is zero, as this is a free platform).

9. Third-Party Services

League UZB integrates with third-party services including Riot Games' API, Supabase (database and authentication), and related infrastructure.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services.

Use of Riot Games' data is subject to Riot Games' Developer Policies. Use of Supabase services is subject to Supabase's Terms of Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for violations of these terms or for any other reason.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature (if available).

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Certain data may be retained as necessary for legal compliance or platform integrity.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform.

Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Uzbekistan.
